After a phenomenal first year of activity, Crumpled Dog have been appointed for another year to work alongside luxury safari brand, Yellow Zebra Safaris.

As always, Codegarden was a fantastic event this year – smoothly-run, and filled to the brim with opportunities to learn, engage, and discuss with a variety of people in a friendly, open space.

Well, the dust has settled on a busy weekend and a very busy start to the week, so I’ve finally had the time to gather my thoughts about last Friday’s Umbraco UK festival.

At the end of September, Crumpled Dog welcomed a brand-new recruit into the fold.

What better way to christen a new picnic table and round off a hectic week than with a long-awaited, meticulously-planned, team-building bit of Friday fun in the form of a Custard Cream challenge?

In this line of work, the learning never stops – and this was particularly highlighted to me last week as I flew out to Odense, Denmark, for the triple-whammy that was my first Codegarden, my first Umbraco community event, and first tech conference of any kind.

It was with a certain amount of excitement and a lot of pride that Crumpled Dog’s design team made their way to Creativepool’s Annual Awards Ceremony at the end of last March. After working almost two years to complete a full branding concept for Carve – a new London-based restaurant – the team was looking forward to celebrating their achievements.
